5A. TELE-THERAPY DATA PRIVACY

  • Platform Security: For online sessions, Swa.ra Therapy uses end-to-end encrypted platforms (e.g., Google Meet for Business, Zoom Healthcare, or similar) to ensure the privacy of video and audio transmissions.
  • Recording Prohibited: To maintain the sanctity of the therapeutic space, neither the therapist nor the client is permitted to record video or audio sessions without explicit, written mutual consent for specific clinical purposes.
  • Metadata: We do not sell or share metadata generated during your online sessions to third-party advertisers.

6. YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to:

  • Request a summary of your clinical records.
  • Correct any inaccuracies in your personal profile.
  • Withdraw consent for further data processing (subject to clinical closure).
